PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To mass-produce quenching solidified alloy having a uniform microstructure necessary for obtaining a nano-composite magnet of high performance by carrying out a quenching process through which melt is quickly cooled down through a quenching roll. SOLUTION : The melt of iron-based rare earth material alloy is prepared, where its composition is represented by a formula, (Fe1-m Tm )100-x-y-z Qx Ry Mz , and composition rates x, y, z, and m are so set as to satisfy the following formulas, 10 m /second or below. Next, the alloy melt is supplied onto a guide means, a flow of the alloy melt moving toward a quenching roll is formed on the guide means, moved to a contact region where it comes into contact with the quenching roll, and quickly cooled down by the quenching roll into quenching alloy.
