Long life plasma torch

PURPOSE : A plasma torch is provided to reduce erosion of an electrode and to create a magnetic field without a power source by preventing a local discharge such that arc density is formed below a critical defect value. CONSTITUTION : A plasma torch(1) includes a hollow cathode(20), an anode(10), a Teflon insulator(30), a gas injection port(33), a first solenoid lead wire(24) position adjacent to the hollow cathode(20), a second solenoid lead wire(14) positioned adjacent to the anode(10), an anode housing(15) for fixing the anode(10) and having a first cooling line(16) therein, and a cathode housing(25) for fixing the hollow cathode(20) and having a second cooling line(26) therein. The anode(10) is coupled to the anode housing(15) through a locking member(11) and is fixed by a fixing ring(12), which is fixed to the anode housing(15) by means of a bolt(13). The hollow cathode(20) is coupled to the cathode housing(25) through a locking pip(21) and fixed by a cathode fixing ring(22).
