DEVICE FOR REDUCING RE-INJECTION OF INJECTION VALVE

PURPOSE : A re-injection reduction device of an injection valve is provided to reduce or completely prevent re-injection by hindering rebound of a nozzle valve by a simple unit after finish of a normal injection process. CONSTITUTION : A re-injection reduction device of an injection valve has a nozzle valve(1) guided in a housing(2). The nozzle valve has a buffering flange(4). A buffering chamber(5) where a buffering fluid is propelled is formed in the housing. The buffering flange is fastened in the buffering chamber when a closing process is finished. The buffering fluid is reciprocating piston-internal combustion engine fuel. A free inflow cross section(7) for passing fuel leaking to the buffering chamber is formed between the nozzle valve and the housing. © KIPO 2005
