PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a hot molded type nanocomposite magnet having high performance.
SOLUTION : The powder of a raw material alloy for a nanocomopsite magnet expressed by Fe100-x-y-zRxQyMz, wherein R is a rare earth element(s) containing either or both elements selected from Pr and Nd by ≥90 atomic%, and the balance other lanthanide series element(s) or Y by 0 to <10%; Q is B and/or C; M is one or more kinds of elements selected from the group consisting of Co, Al, Si, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Ni, Cu, Ga, Zr, Nb, Mo, Hf, Ta, W, Pt, Pb, Au and Ag; and compositional ratios x, y and z satisfy 1≤x≤6, 15≤y≤30 and 0≤z≤7, and comprising an amorphous structure is prepared. Next, the powder of the raw material for a nanocomposite magnet is subjected to a hot molding stage for molding by adding the pressure and heat.
