PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a thick-film-exchange spring magnet having a multilayer structure wherein there are laminated alternately 3d-transition-metals alloy layers subjected to high saturated magnetizations and applied to electromagnetic motors and actuators, etc. whose size is not larger than one millimeter, and 4f-rare-earth-elements alloy layers having high coercive forces whose film thicknesses are not larger than the mean value of them; to provide the manufacturing method of the same magnet; to provide a magnet motor.
SOLUTION : By the very high-speed deposition technique of a Nd2Fe14B film performed by a pulse-laser deposition (PLD), nanometer organizations controlled artificially are so stacked alternately as to create an exchange spring magnet. The manipulation technique of the nanometer structure using the PLD method can be applied to the thick-film-exchange spring magnet.
