PURPOSE : To provide a preparation process of a liquid phase ceramic catalyst for promoting complete combustion of fuel and suppressing generation of soot and smoke by composing a combustion catalyst in which molecular motion is activated by forming fuel particles into ultra-fine particles in such a way that molecules are formed in ultra-fine particles.
CONSTITUTION : The preparation process of ceramic catalyst for complete combustion by using rare earth element-bearing mineral and tourmaline comprises the steps of obtaining a liquid phase element extracted from the reacted material by heating and reacting the mixture at 300 to 500 deg.C for 4 hours or more after mixing monazite powder prepared by finely milling rare earth element-bearing mineral to a particle size corresponding to a sieve size of 600 mesh or more with 60 to 65% sulfuric acid in a weight ratio of 1 : 1; uniformly mixing the liquid phase element with water and one strong alkaline compound selected from calcium carbonate, slaked lime, quicklime and shell powder in a weight ratio of 40 : 50 : 10; neutralizing pH of the mixture by performing 2, 000 W or more high power ultrasonic treatment and mechanical agitation on the mixture to ultra-refine the molecular structure of the mixture; obtaining a liquid phase ceramic ionized water that is emulsion extracted from the neutralized material such that the neutralized material is well reacted or mixed with oil; preparing a mixed fuel by mixing the liquid phase ceramic ionized water with a liquid phase oil such as petroleum, light oil or gasoline in a weight ratio of 0.002 to 0.003%; putting 10 wt.% of finely milled tourmaline for generating microcurrent into the mixed fuel; electrolytically ionizing molecules of the fuel; passing the ionized fuel through a ultrasonic wave equipment on which magnets having a high magnetic force of 500 Gauss or more for preventing recoupling of the ultra-refined molecular structure of the fuel are mounted so that the ultrasonic wave equipment generates magnetic force to activate the resulting material.
