PURPOSE : Provided are an electron injection composition which is improved in electron injecting property from the electrode acting as a negative electrode, a light emitting device (LED) which has a more excellent device characteristic and a longer lifetime, and an electronic device using the LED.
CONSTITUTION : The electron injection composition comprises a benzoxazole derivative compound represented by the formula 1; and at least one selected from an alkali metal, an alkaline-earth metal and a transition metal in the ratio of 1 : 0.1 to 1 : 10 by mol, wherein Ar is an aryl group; and R1 to R4 are independently H, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a C1-C10 alkyl group, a C1-C10 haloalkyl group, a C1-C10 alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted hetero ring.
