PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve a drawback which is a fatal disadvantage of a conventional method of employing personnel that the possibility of g-type personnel who has a gift of heaven to come up an idea is very low.
SOLUTION : In employing personnel in various companies in a business world, unique talent or capability of persons to be judged as a g (gifted) type, namely, a type of a gifted capability, a type of gifted with natural capability, or a genius type (prodigy) in a rare case are analyzed, with respect to capability of coming up an epoch-making invention, a discovery, an idea or a business model service system which have remarkable novelty and progressiveness in various industrial fields and study fields. Thereby, an evaluating standard, and the persons who meets the various conditions and are judged as a substantial g-type are selected with a high possibility and are employed.
