PURPOSE : A fermented beverage obtained by inoculating culture media of Lactobacillus bulgaricus into a herbal extract and then fermenting is provided. Therefore, it has an effect of protecting the stomach and large intestine while increasing intestinal regulation. CONSTITUTION : Culture media of Lactobacillus bulgaricus is inoculated into a herbal extract of Chelidonium majus, Lycii Fructus, Crataegi Fructus, Astragali Radix, Geranium nepalense, Epimedii Herba, Zizyphi Fructus and Ulmus davidiana Planch, and then fermented. The herbal extract also contains an extract of one or more herbal materials selected from Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Poria cocos, Cnidii Rhizoma, Cinnamomi Cortex, Glycyrrhizae Radix, Cervi cornu, Cervi Parvum Cornu, Eucommiae, Cortex, Lycii Cortex Radicis, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Puerariae Radix, Artemisia princeps Pampan., etc.
