Complete Renewal pollution-free process of various kind of wastes, and major equipments required

PURPOSE : Provided are a method and an apparatus for resource recovery of solid waste in which gas generated from a burning process is recovered as fuel gas and non-combustible inorganic waste is recovered as aggregate after being fused. CONSTITUTION : The apparatus comprises a solid waste guide unit with a hopper for introducing solids waste into a treatment unit (1); the treatment unit installed under the hopper, provided with combustion heat source and supplemental heat source for thermally decomposing organic waste by highly concentrated oxygen and the heart sources and fusing inorganic waste; a gas reforming unit (2) for completely decomposing the thermal decomposition gas from the treatment unit (1), a quenching-neutralizing unit (3) for preventing dioxine regeneration from the reformed gas and neutralizing acidic gas, generating fuel gas; a fuel gas purification unit (4) for performing removal of hazardous material in the fuel gas, dehumidification and deodorization, thereby generating clean fuel gas; and wastewater recovery unit (5) for producing industrial water by purifying wastewater generated from the treatment processes and recovering heavy metals in the wastewater.
