The preparation method of the magnetic powder according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the step of preparing an iron powder by a reduction reaction of iron oxide, the step of preparing a magnetic powder using a molded body pressurized to a pressure of 22 MPa or more of a mixture including iron powder, rare earth oxides, boron and calcium, and coating the surface of the magnetic powder with ammonium fluoride.
