The present invention provides a fuel saving device for an internal combustion engine including a far infrared radiation material, semi-permanently providing an effect. According to the present invention, the device comprises a far infrared radiation material filled with a mixed powder containing 35 to 55 weight percent of kiyoseki, a 40 to 60 weight percent of mica, 30 to 45 weight percent of rare earth metal, 10 to 15 weight percent of tourmaline, 10 to 30 weight percent of elvan, 10 to 25 weight percent of silica, 15 to 15 weight percent of kaolin, 15 to 25 weight percent of oak charcoal, 5 to 15 weight percent of talc, 0.1 to 0.2 weight percent of silver, and 5 to 15 weight percent of pottery stone based on 100 parts by weight of fine powder of conglomerate with seven colors. The mixed powder is manufactured by : a step of finely pulverizing conglomerate with seven colors, kiyoseki, mica, rare earth metal, tourmaline, elvan, silica, kaolin, talc, and pottery stone with a pulverizer; a step of separating the pulverized material through floating-separation to acquire fine powder of 4 μ m or less; a step of heating the fine powder at a temperature of 850° C or higher for 30 minutes to acquire calcined powder; and a step of mixing the calcined powder with oak charcoal and silver powder, heating the mixture at 730° C and cooling the mixture twice, heating the mixture at 910° C and cooling the mixture twice, and heating the mixture at 1, 350° C and cooling the mixture twice.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
