PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnetic compound having both of a highly anisotropic magnetic field and a highly saturated magnetization.SOLUTION : A magnetic compound is expressed by the formula (RZr)(FeCo)TMA(where R represents at least one rare earth element; T represents at least one element selected from a group consisting of Ti, V, Mo and W; M represents an inevitable impurity element, and at least one element selected from a group consisting of Al, Cr, Cu, Ga, Ag and Au; A represents at least one element selected from a group consisting of N, C, H and P; 0≤x≤0.5; 0≤y≤0.6; 4≤a≤20; b=100-a-c-d; 0
