PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a composite magnetic material.
SOLUTION : The present invention belongs to a magnetic material technical field, and relates to a samarium cobalt-based composite magnetic material. The magnetic material includes a cobalt-based composite material and a rare earth oxide. A weight percent of the cobalt-based composite material is set to 40wt% to 98.55wt%. The composite magnetic material is obtained by steps of : melting and mixing a rare-earth cobalt-based composite material; obtaining an ingot by casting them; adding exogenous rare earth oxide by being smashed with hydrogenation; smashing with an air flow; mixing and forming an arrangement; and processing a heating processing after a cold isotropic pressure press. According to the invention, by fetching the rare earth oxide of a low cost, adjusting and controlling a remanent magnetic flux density of a cobalt material through the adjustment and control of a rare earth oxide content, and optimizes a fine structure and a component, a coercive force of the cobalt-based composite magnetic material is improved while reducing the cost.
