A SMART INK MIXING SYSTEM CAPABLE OF COLOR MATCHING AND INK COLOR PREPARATION WITHOUT REPLACEMENT,

Disclosed are a smart ink mixing system capable of color matching and ink color preparation without replacement, and a printer head having the same. The smart ink mixing system comprises : a printer head including a plurality of sources for supplying a plurality of liquid materials containing ink of at least one color, an ink mixing part for receiving the liquid materials from the plurality of sources and mixing the received liquid materials, and a plurality of nozzles for receiving the liquid materials from the ink mixing part to inject the liquid materials to an object; an adjusting part for adjusting the quantity of the liquid materials injected into the ink mixing part from the sources; and a cleaning solution contained in the plurality of liquid materials to wash three color ink of Cyan, Magenta and Yellow or red, blue and yellow and the ink mixing part. Therefore, the ink mixing part can prepare ink of a specific color, prepare ink of another color after cleaning the previously prepared ink, and then, supply ink of different colors to the printer head without replacement of the ink mixing part. According to the present invention, the smart ink mixing system is capable of accurately expressing colors and forms of printed images inaccessible by normal inkjet printing through dithering technique, and allowing a user to utilize various printing skills since it is capable of supplying not only ink but also adjuvant, which can support various expressions of printed colors and forms and color development.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
