Manufacturing Device of Alternative Fuel Oil from Non-Catalytic Pyrolysis Process

PURPOSE : A device for manufacturing alternative fuel oil by non-catalyst pyrolysis is provided to produce the low grade of wax to a minimum and to dispose the waste gas produced in the melting process, thereby being environment-friendly. CONSTITUTION : The device includes a input unit for introducing waste plastics as raw materials; a melt unit for melting the raw materials to remove un-pyrolyzed impurities; a pyrolysis unit for pyrolyzing the melt to produce low molecular gas oil and macromolecular products and re-pyrolyzing the macromolecular products together with the newly inputted melt; a vacuum distillation unit for distilling the gas oil under reduced pressure to produce gas materials and alternative oil; a waste gas treatment unit for removing the waste gas produced in the melting process; a sludge discharge unit for discharging the sludge produced by the melt unit and the pyrolysis unit into a re-pyrolysis unit; and a sludge re-pyrolysis unit for re-pyrolyzing the sludge to produce oil and cokes. © KIPO 2005
